Learn BELLY DANCE

Ideal for beginners,
you can start this class any week,
just turn up and join in the fun!

We start with a gentle warm up. Then we do drills - practising a couple of new body isolations e.g. hips drops, shimmeys, hand floreos. We learn a new mini-routine each week, whcih means it doesn't matter if you miss a week. We always end with a cool down to ensure no aches the next day. We dance to carefully chosen, traditional and contemporary music. Belly dance is great for body shaping & losing weight, and of course having a good giggle with the girls!!

BELLY DANCE 7.30-8.30pm, £5 (not first Thursday in month)
